Engagements of any size are handled through a structured sourcing process and the property owners, operators and local service providers the requirement calls for. Capacity scales with the requirement rather than depending on a large in-house team, so a hundred-person placement follows the same accountable process as a single unit.

We source housing in the market your requirement names and assemble the local operators, managers and vendors that engagement needs. We do not hold standing inventory — each solution is built around the requirement, which is why location is not the constraint.

How an engagement runs

Four steps, in order. The numbering is the sequence, not decoration — each stage has a deliverable you can hold us to.

  1. Understand the requirement

    We read it in full — geography, dates, headcount, housing criteria, the authorized rate structure and any special provisions — and confirm we can meet it before responding.

  2. Source the right housing

    We identify qualified hotels, residential inventory or multifamily properties for that market, and bring in the local operating partners the engagement requires.

  3. Coordinate readiness

    We confirm availability and coordinate what move-in readiness takes — furnishing, utilities, internet, inspections and documentation — where the requirement calls for it.

  4. Support execution

    We coordinate the approved housing solution through the engagement. Local property and vendor support is arranged as the engagement requires, with a responsive point of contact throughout.

A producer's approach to government housing

David Stone's career has centered on taking complex projects from concept through completion.

In film production, David has coordinated teams, budgets, vendors, contracts, schedules, locations, payroll, logistics, production and post-production — making sure every moving part comes together so the creative team can stay focused on its core mission.

He has applied the same operating discipline to real estate. He began his career selling new homes in Arizona, and his later work in land acquisition, subdivision and development has meant assembling surveyors, soil professionals, utility providers, county and municipal contacts, excavation crews, site contractors and brokers to carry a property from acquisition through to sale.

Government housing requires the same kind of execution: identify the right housing, assemble the right local partners, manage vendors and documentation, control budget and schedule, solve problems quickly, and deliver a complete solution.

That is the role David brings to Alot Of Rentals — not simply finding housing, but coordinating the complete housing solution from requirement to readiness.
